Self Love Workshop
Join me for my Self Love Workshop on Sunday 15th February 2026 for a fun and empowering workshop all about loving yourself and embracing your inner awesomeness!
The Self Love Workshop is a practical guide to opening your heart chakra and practicing self love daily. We often look for love externally, this workshop will help you go inwards, provide you with practical tools and tips to cultivate self love and raise your vibration.
What's included?
-A guide to help practice self love daily.

-removing self limiting beliefs in ceremony
-journal prompts and letter writing
-guidance on Bach flowers and crystals to help open your heart chakra

Breathe & Receive
Sunday 8th February, 12pm-2pm
An afternoon to reset, release and gently nourish your nervous system.
Co-hosted by Ciara and Anna Molloy, Anna will guide the group in a conscious connected breathwork. Ciara will guide the group in Meditation as well we 1:1 reiki healing. They will also offer tools and tips on practical guides to help support your wellbeing.

Self Care Circles
Join me for an Self Care Circle, it's an opportunity to join like minded people, a time of renewal, reflection and inner balance! A sacred space to reflect and release. I will guide the group with intentions, journal prompts, goal setting, affirmations and a guided group meditation. I will host Empowering Circles once a month, in the Yoga Barre, Kilcoole and the cost is €25.

Inner Power Workshop
I will guide you in the Solar Plexus Chakra, awakening your inner power and unleashing your inner light! The workshop includes a workbook with tools and tips including journal prompts, affirmations and exercises to connect with your inner power. I will provide guidance on crystals and guided mediation and group reiki healing. Cost is €50.

Reiki Level 1
Join me for a beautiful day and begin your own journey with Reiki. I will attune you to Reiki, teach you about the principles and the chakras.
