Empowering Circles!
Sunday 24th Aug at 11am join me for an Empowering Circle, it's an opportunity to join like minded people, creating community, connection and confidence! A sacred space to reflect and release. I will guide the group with intentions, journal prompts, goal setting, affirmations and a guided group meditation. I will host Empowering Circles once a month, in the Yoga Barre, Kilcoole and the cost is €25.
Inner Power Workshop
Sunday 31st Aug at 12pm join me for my Inner Power Workshop. I will guide you in the Solar Plexus Chakra, awakening your inner power and unleashing your inner light! The workshop includes a workbook with tools and tips including journal prompts, affirmations and exercises to connect with your inner power. I will provide guidance on crystals and guided mediation and group reiki healing.
Reiki Level 1
Saturday 27th Sept I'm so excited to announce Reiki Level 1! Join me for a beautiful day and begin your own journey with Reiki. I attune you to Reiki, teach you about the principles and the chakras. You will learn to give yourself Reiki and I will guide you with protection, crystals and more! This is a special gift to yourself!
